Dedicated to Mercedes-Benz vehicles, the ICC MBZ 100 high-fidelity center channel is a reference hi-fi solution that integrates easily and discreetly. ICC MBZ 100 is the ideal product for raising the sound stage to the front of the cabin, while enhancing vocals and the entire midrange register. The driver is equipped with a Flax sandwich diaphragm, manufactured in France, which delivers natural midrange and ultra-realistic vocals. And to further optimize performance in a very small space, this kit includes a Neodymium motor. Finally, it has been designed to retain the vehicle's eCall emergency call functionality.

Purity and precision of sound

As the key component of a loudspeaker, the membrane is at the heart of our acoustic engineers' research. After more than five years of research and development, in 2013 Focal unveiled an exclusive membrane made from flax. Patented, this Flax cone is a sandwich made of very high quality French flax fibre placed between two thin sheets of glass fibre. It satisfies all the criteria of a high-fidelity membrane: lightness to offer good dynamics, rigidity to hold the bass and damping to deliver a neutral, natural, uncolored sound.
