VIBROFILTR PRO – 2.3 mmis a multilayer innovative. It has vibration absorption, waterproofing properties, and a high level of acoustic protection. The results are constantly confirmed by EMMA (EUROPEAN MOBILE MEDIA ASSOCIATION). The basis is a modified aluminum foil with enhanced viscous properties. The insulator is a butyl rubber layer reinforced with fillers. Fixation is provided by a self-adhesive polymer layer (synthetic sealant).
Vibration insulation has an increased range of damping harmful frequencies (MLC 0.38 c.u.) and significantly reduces the noise impact. It is widely used in places with increased demands to reduce the vibration level.
Thickness Our mat is the thickest of all popular and affordable products. It has 2.3 mm (90.5 mil) thickness. The rule of thumb for car sound deadening – the thicker is better.
Materials. No asphalt. No BS. Vibrofiltr has a multilayer structure and consists of a layer of environmentally friendly butyl rubber composition and aluminum foil. We use aluminum of high viscosity with a thickness of 100 microns is used, obtained by special processing.
Easy Installation Our sound deadening mat has a special indicator as to if it is installed correctly. The special embossing on the mat must be rolled out with a roller till it is plain smooth, then you’ll be 100% sure that the insulation is set correctly and professionally.
